MSK is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager for an exciting and challenging new position with the Strategy and Innovation Team. The Partner Engagement Manager will cultivate relationships with employer partners for the MSK Direct program as well as partners for new products and services currently in development. With an initial focus on the MSK Direct program, she/he will ensure that our current MSK Direct employer partners are deriving significant value from the program and that their employees are appropriately informed and engaged in the program on an ongoing basis.

MSK Direct creates a relationship between Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) and its employer partners, ensuring simplified, guided access to the benefits of cancer treatment at MSK for partner employees and their family members. With MSK Direct, employees and their families will have direct access to a team of dedicated professionals who specialize in cancer. The team includes experienced nurses, social workers, and MSK Care Advisors who will be there to guide them through the process of getting care at MSK and oversee their experience every step of the way. As the Partner Engagement Manager, you will:
Establish trusting and collaborative relationships with key individuals within our partner organizations.
Handle reporting by creating and delivering quarterly and ad hoc reports as necessary for partners and MSK leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data collection for reporting.
Manage ongoing program optimization by gathering feedback from employers for continuous program improvement.
Lead program engagement and education activities, e.g.: ensure MSK Direct is communicated to employees in appropriate benefits materials and events.
Establish an advisory board as a means to collaborate with and educate partners in the interest of creating value for employer partners, their employees, and MSK.
A strong communicator with tested interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility and trust with internal and external partners, including at the executive level.
A creative thinker with strong business acumen and skilled at driving program engagement.
Action-oriented and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with business plans.
Knowledgeable about business and the marketplace and able to apply this knowledge to advance the organization's goals.
Effective at building formal and informal networks inside and outside the organization to further departmental and institutional goals.
A Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in health care relationship management or project management.
Deep knowledge of the health care ecosystem.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills leveraging PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or CRM a plus.
