The Learning & Organization Development Department (L&OD) provides consulting services to enhance and improve organizational, departmental, and individual performance. Apply organization development and change leadership methodologies to set strategy, provide direction, and drive change initiatives across MSK.
Plan and implement change initiatives that maximize employee adoption.
Consult with clients at all levels across the organization to understand underlying issues and to define performance and business outcomes for change initiatives.
Provide consultation and support to teams regarding the use of change tools/methodologies and group processes to get work done effectively.
Partner with MSK’s Project Management and Process Engineering teams to evaluate change readiness, benefit realization, value creation, and return on investment.
Deliver educational/training engagements to help participants take-on, support, and lead people through change transitions.
10+ years of progressive experience in organization development, change leadership, or related discipline
Master’s degree in organization development, change leadership, or related discipline
Certification in change leadership methodology preferred (e.g., Prosci)
