We are currently seeking a Senior Research Technician or Research Assistant to support research within our Immunology Program. This position involves significant work in mammalian cell culture, especially primary T-cell culture with functional assays, such as cytotoxicity, proliferation and phenotyping.
Previous experience with cell staining, flow cytometry, data analysis and interpretation and previous mouse handling and dissection experience is required. You should have knowledge in basic immunology and be able to perform molecular biology techniques, such as cloning, Western Blot, PCR, DNA and RNA extraction.
B.S. or M.S. degree in a related field and at least 1-2 years of previous experience in a research laboratory are required.
