The Head and Neck Surgery Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering enjoys the reputation of being the leading center in the world for the specialty of head and neck surgery and oncology. The Head and Neck Surgery Service offers state of the art, multidisciplinary treatment for all types of head and neck tumors. The service has close collaboration with the departments of Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Endocrinology, Nuclear Medicine, Pathology and is supported by the Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery Service, as well as the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Service.

Adept at creating partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.
Work on outcomes analysis in collaboration with the Research Project Manager and physicians in the Head and Neck Disease Management Team (DMT).
Implement and regulate patient reported outcomes (PROs) surveys as standard of care in the Head and Neck DMT and management of service projects. More specifically, you will assist in the creation and maintenance of the Head and Neck Cancer PROs databases, including the oropharyngeal cancer PROs project; prepares data for analysis; reviews treatment methods (chemoradiation vs robotic surgery); formulates reports to assist the Head and Neck DMT in identifying the best treatment approach; and provides oversight of program-specific progress.
Integrate existing and new systems and develop methods for review and improvement of the system.
Understand data sources and relational technologies for database design and multi-platform data analysis that meet the informational needs of the institution.
A Bachelors degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
