Clinical Assistant Program for Nursing Students - Summer 2017!

Take a significant step toward a successful career in nursing! As a Clinical Assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering, you will join a highly professional healthcare team dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
This exciting 10-week program begins May 30th, 2017 and offers:
Oncology clinical and classroom orientation program
Assignments to Med/Surg Inpatient Units, Critical Care, Ambulatory Care, Perioperative Units or the Operating Room
Full time schedules; 10 & 12 hour day shifts, with weekend rotation as needed.
Clinical Observation Days (optional)
This challenging position requires:
Current enrollment in an accredited BSN or BAN Nursing Program
Completion of two (2) clinical semesters, including one semester in Med/Surg Nursing
An interest in working with cancer patients
Availability to work varied day shifts, including some weekends
Active BCLS Certification
A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from your Professors and/or Clinical Instructors
