The Development Department at MSK is seeking a Prospect Manager to join their growing team.
As the Prospect Manager, you will:
Collaborate with the development fundraising leadership team in developing, formalizing and implementing the prospect management strategy for Individual Giving.
Monitor fund raiser progress with prospects across Individual Giving Teams.
Analyze raw data and collaborate with fundraisers and the analytics team to grow the donor pipeline through strategic movement of donor prospects and prospect information.
Make decisions and recommendations regarding prospect management as well as manage the movement of existing donors and prospects among the various teams within Individual Giving.
Play a key role in developing guidelines for moving prospects, as well as, coordinating the actual prospect movement process to ensure proper assignment, cultivation and stewardship of donor prospects across teams in Individual Giving and individual fund raisers.
Organize prospect management meetings on an as needed basis to efficiently coordinate prospect movement across areas.
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 -4 years of related experience in either data analysis or direct fund raising; two years of which must be in a development capacity.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Blackbaud CRM experience preferred.
