The Office of Technology Development’s (OTD) mission is to ensure that Memorial Sloan Kettering’s (MSK) inventions have the greatest chance of being developed and commercialized – so that these inventions both benefit patients and return the most value to MSK. We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to play a crucial role in fulfilling this mission.
As a Relationship Manager you will:
Serve as point-person in our relationships with companies that have licensed clinical-stage MSK Intellectual Property on matters such as regulatory coordination and communication, clinical trial QA/protocol/budget/ audit support, manufacturing QA/technology transfer, IP management, and contract maintenance and amendment.
Work in gathering and delivering clinical trial-related information to potential licensees by interfacing with VP, Clinical Research Operations, clinical research, and budgeting units.
Assist the Licensing Managers in the preparation of technology development plans and marketing materials for clinical stage MSK technologies.
After licenses are executed, coordinate among various groups at MSK and communicate with licensees to ensure that MSK meets all of its license obligations.
Bachelor’s in Life Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Clinical trials experience is preferred.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
