The Research Coordinator will work as a quality coach on collaborative quality improvement (QI) initiatives between Cumberland Pediatric Foundation (CPF) and VUMC. The Quality Coach will make periodic visits to CPF-member community-based pediatric practices throughout the Middle Tennessee region to implement a QI initiative aimed to increase HPV vaccination among adolescents. The Quality Coach will assist the pediatric practices with development of a tailored QI action plan, provide periodic audit and feedback on vaccination measures, train clinicians and staff on a series of modules, and provide technical assistance and access to supportive resources. Experience in quality improvement, research, and/or primary care settings are desired. The CPF office is located on West End Avenue.
