We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Host Associate-Food Service.
In this role, the successful candidate ensures that patients receive appropriate nourishments, trays and food selections under the direction of the supervisor-patient services while delivering superior customer service.
- Attends all mandatory trainings and in-services classes as scheduled.
- Consults with Nutritionist and Supervisor regarding each patient's dietary needs and change in patient status.
- Assures daily delivery of patient nourishments, snacks, misograms etc, to assigned units.
- Updates and corrects patient menus on a timely basis.
- Visits assigned patients on a daily basis and assists with menu completion.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations Service Standards and incorporates them into the performance of duties.
To qualify you must have a 6 months - 1 year of clinical experience as a Dietary Aide. High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate, read, and write English well. Must be able to understand and carryout simple oral and written instruction
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
