The Talent Share RN Float Pool offers premium compensation and a
$1,000 completion bonus. Housing stipend on top of base pay, mileage paid to and from Grand Junction, and medical benefits available. Total hourly rate with benefits, housing, and bonus over $50/hour.

An RN degree from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred
Current RN license to practice nursing in Colorado
A minimum of two years of current/recent hospital RN experience; must have a minimum of two years of full-time MedSurg experience in an RN role in a Level I or II Trauma facility or a Level III Trauma facility working on a large Med/Surg/Ortho unit (25+ bed unit).
Current BLS required
Previous float, travel, or contract agency experience strongly recommended; please make sure you include this experience on your resume.
