About This Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a CRMS Specialist (Temp Program). In this role, the successful candidate will support the launch of the new clinical trial management system. The CRMS Specialist provides data entry support into the new system including protocol schemas, calendars, budgets, and participant visit data.
You will actively engage with study team and central office team members to gather, analyze, and assimilate documents required to build calendars in the CRMS. The CRMS Specialist will engage in many aspects of the clinical trial process
: including but not limited to, censuring subject visits and procedure details are consistent with legacy documentation, collaborating with post-award staff to represent legacy invoicing and payment data, identifying obstacles encountered during the calendar build process and developing resolutions, and participating in training sessions and meetings as needed.
