Assists in the development and execution of programs, initiatives, and training that promote and support diversity in the school district. Monitors and ensures compliance with regard to assuring equal access to educational, employment and promotional opportunities. Provides information, requirements, training and support to school district leaders and staff to ensure compliance with all diversity initiatives and legal mandates. Collaborates with other HR team members and other departments in response to complaints.
