- MA degree in the areas of human services, social work, psychology or a related field.
- Experience in the field of child welfare with at least 2 years experience in a human service setting with experience working with our key populations, children 0-5, tweens, teenagers and transitional age youth.
- Knowledge of the theory, principles and techniques of counseling with proven practical experience.
- Deep understanding of the scope, nature and referral protocol for public sector and community-based agencies serving children, youth and families.
