Retired endodontist has available for lease or purchase, a building specifically designed as an endodontic practice in eastern Washington. The practice is close to where the Yakima, Columbia and Snake Rivers converge. Water skiing and fishing are among the nearby summer activities, and, for Winter fun, we are within two hours of snow skiing in all four directions. We have over four hundred wineries in the area, and many produce very high quality wines competitive with the best in the world. There is no buy-in. There are two options, one is to finish the available basement space and start practicing, then move upstairs when the upstairs space becomes available anytime after Jan. 1, 2018. Or wait until after Jan. 1, 2018 for the upstairs space, or stay in the basement space. I can assist in setting up the practice: new equipment, hiring staff, introduce to referring offices, etc. I would volunteer my time, and the cost of equipment could be added to the lease. A new endodontist could be set up with little or no up front costs. The building is also available for purchase. The referring offices expect a very high quality care, which would include the use of the dental operating microscope, and, in most cases, non-surgical re-treatments. If you're looking for a place to practice with great air quality, a somewhat rural airport, so hassle- free access to flights, affordable real estate, a great place to raise a family, and an easy set up, please contact me.
