Loyola University Maryland seeks an Assistant Director for Outreach & Advocacy in its Center for Community Service and Justice (CCSJ), a critical link to community partners and with coalitions across Baltimore to connect and leverage campus and community resources for a more just and equitable world.
Assistant Director for Outreach & Advocacy
- Works alongside community partners to implement outreach efforts in policy, advocacy and programming to address income inequality, economic mobility, hunger, homelessness, education, housing etc.
- Designs and implements projects, programs and campaigns to engage Loyola students, faculty, staff and alumni to meet community-identified needs.
This position is a unique opportunity for a highly collaborative, detailed, and organized professional with a passion to engage students for the Jesuit educational mission to develop "men and women for and with others" aligned with community needs for mutual benefit and reciprocity.
The Assistant Director reports to the Associate Director for Programs and works with a broad team of community partners, university professionals, undergraduate interns, graduate assistants, alumni and more.
