These tracks include Scoring for Film and other Multi-media and Multi-media Communications which enable students to create digital visual and sound products (films, advertisements, digital documents, artworks, etc.).The College Laboratory Technician reports directly to the Dean of Arts and Humanities and is responsible for the following: * Provides support to faculty and students in Digital Music and Digital Humanities courses via laboratory technology instruction, operation and basic maintenance. * Participates in planning and technical scheduling needed to support courses and special projects. * Provides in-class technical support for Composing for Film and related courses. * Assists on projects related to digital production and provides ad hoc support as needed. * Sets up and records tracks related to the annual student musical theater production. * Performs other instructional support duties related to recording and sound, as needed.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma with a minimum of four years' related experience.
