Responsible for supporting facility and operating group leadership with strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. Will partner with Value Optimization teams to identify and realize cost reduction opportunities. This includes leading and facilitating key priorities that optimize value in the areas of cost, service excellence, outcome effectiveness and improved accessibility of healthcare for our communities. Assists hospital leaders, physicians and front-line associates with designing process improvement plans, analyzing data and guiding appropriate review methodology to achieve significant results throughout the organization. Develops business plans, monitors and reports outcomes, and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively applies research methodology and enforces project standards to manage deliverables. Helps identify best practices for transfer across the organization and facilitates the redefinition of performance metrics, which improve quality and reduce costs.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field Master's in Health Administration (MHA) or MBA degree, preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements
Three years of related experience; completion of an administrative fellowship or MHA degree may be considered in lieu of experience Strategic planning, project management, and/or business development experience, preferably in a health care setting Experience developing, analyzing and implementing business plans Demonstrates a clear understanding of process improvement Proven skills in change management and implementation Demonstrates excellent written communication, verbal communication, and inter-personal skills Must be analytical and detail oriented Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, and effectively communicate information
