We are now hiring for a Full-Time Adult Mental Health Program Supervisor with our Southeast team.
We are searching for a highly skilled Adult Mental Health Program Supervisor that has a specialized skillset in providing comprehensive supervision to Mental Health Professionals. The selected candidate will supervise a team of approximately 6-8 Master’s level clinicians and perform supervisory responsibilities such as weekly supervision, clinical documentation review, managing the program budget, community outreach, and supervision of Bachelor’s and Master level interns as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
Hiring/termination of employees.
Develop and implement staff development plans.
Develop and implement policies which relates to the operational needs of the program.
Developing relationships and team building initiatives.
Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
Work within a treatment team of other clinicians, psychiatrist, nurse, and peer mentors.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Recommends program budget to the Director.
Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations and institutions.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Supervisor will generate monthly team and revenue reports to the Manager and Director.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling
Medicaid Rule 132 knowledge.
Familiarity with Medicaid Manage-care.
Must have experience leading professions that work with clients who have mental illness.
Must have solid assessment and technical writing skills.
Must be highly organized.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must have efficient and excellent independent time management skills.
Must own a car with valid driver’s license and insurance.
Must be willing to transport clients as needed and provide home-base services.
State of Illinois LCSW or LCPC required.
