GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position will be provided autonomy to develop and implement a comprehensive Life Skills Program for all student-athletes, including personal development and leadership activities, as well as a comprehensive career development program; serve as a liaison to the coaches in order to identify programming needs for individuals or teams; provide oversight for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and successfully organize and execute events and receptions such as graduation receptions and Powercat Choice Awards for student-athletes.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Implementation of Life Skills programming, personal development education sessions , and Leadership Academy; serve as a liaison to the Sport Program coaches in order to identify programming needs for individuals or teams; oversight of the Career Cat development program.
- Provide leadership and advisement to the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, including all community service projects, oversight of Wildcat Cup and Powercat Choice Awards.
- Participation in the official/unofficial visit recruitment process; educating both the prospective student-athlete and family members on the Life Skills programming opportunities.
- Successfully organize and execute events and receptions, not limited to, graduation receptions and educational programming sessions.
- Other duties as assigned.
