The SOA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to students, members and staff. Responsibilities include answering questions from members, non-members, students and staff via web, email and phone; maintaining and corresponding in a timely manner to individual and group email and voicemail; interpreting financial information in database records; verifying data and entering transactions in an accurate and timely manner; entering orders and applying payments; handling requests for refunds and determining appropriate action; working in the Personify database updating member records and maintaining orders and payments; reception coverage approximately 5-10 hours a week; and handling mail processing.
