The Wardlaw-Hartridge School is searching for a new Lower School Head to begin July 2017. The Lower School Head will supervise all students and faculty within the division, report to the Head of School, serve on an administrative council, an enrollment management team, a marketing team, and other committees as needed.
The successful candidate will have a track record of being a visible, accessible leader who finds joy in working with young children and possesses the vision, creativity, and organizational skills to lead a highly-skilled faculty and staff. The candidate will be a master teacher with excellent written and oral communication skills. He or she will employ best practices and possess and excellent academic background, including an advanced degree.
