As a Retention Consultant, you will play an integral role in this commitment to proactive customer engagement. You will be responsible for developing relationships with our existing home loan customers, to ensure that Macquarie continues to meet their financial needs and remains the first choice for future financial requirements.
You will utilise your advanced communication skills and in-depth understanding of the Australian housing market to conduct engaging conversations with customers at risk of refinancing their home loan. You will be supported in your efforts by having access to a range of bespoke retention offers designed to enhance the customer experience, as well as the success of your results. Ultimately, we want our customers to know that Macquarie is here to support them on their journey to owning their home or developing their investment portfolio. Within this role, you to be the person that helps them achieve their home loan goals. Key Responsibilities:
Actively managing a book of home loan customers to reduce attrition across our home loan portfolio
Being results-oriented and committed to achieving your individual KPIs
Staying up-to-date with competitor offers and housing market trends
Effectively utilising our CRM system to organise and manage your pipeline and record outcomes
Effectively identifying and communicating all leads, cross sells and solutions to other areas of the business.
Demonstrating commitment to your own personal development and being open to feedback through active participation in individual and team coaching sessions.
