Manager, Patient Care (Manager of Labor and Delivery)

Full-time, flexible shifts and hours, 7a-3p
Under general direction of the Director, Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Site Administrator or designee, provide 24 hours leadership for clinical nursing practice of all ages or individually assigned units. Responsible for supervising assigned patient care staff, allocation of assigned staff and material resources to effect quality patient care outcome.
Education and/or Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- BCLS Certification is required.
- Three (3) years of clinical related experience is required.
- Demonstrated leadership/management preferred.
