DUTIES:JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Project and Change Management Manager will support the Administrative office with organizational transition, strategic initiatives, projects University and Hospital wide. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: Provide expertise and leadership skills to participate and manage a project team, (appointed per project) ensuring project and organization's goals, philosophies, and objectives are optimally supported. Partner with management and project teams to design project plans requiring assessment, research, and analysis, as well as coordinate implementation of project plans and evaluate outcomes. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations. Diagnose task/procedural change issues and help resolve problems. Ensure that project documents are current and complete, as well as appropriately managed and stored. Communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully. Effectively apply the organization's Project Management and Software Development Lifecycles methodology and enforces project standards. Effectively create an implementation plan for projects including but not limited to: Communication, lifecycle, training, support, go-live.(DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION)QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED: Ten (10) plus years related experience in an organization design, work flow analysis and change management in a complex environment. Demonstrated ability to allow objective judgment and discretion as necessary. Demonstrated computer proficiency including advanced Excel skills - Power Point; Word; Access; and Visio. Strong problem solving and out of the box thinking. PREFERRED: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills with creative approaches to organizational development. Prior experience in a College/University environment.
