Provides statistical and operational analysis through the collection, manipulation, validation, reconciliation,
and reporting of data centered on demographic, financial and claims data. Responsible for developing and
enhancing standardized reporting from these systems. Assists and trains users in understanding processes
and the nature and meaning of data and reports. Partner with customers to identify their needs and solutions.
Responsible for coordinating and performing training on systems for the team, including interpreting data
with actionable results.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Business or related field required
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years’ experience in working with data, databases, reporting, and table maintenance preferred.
3 years’ experience with systems and analytics
Knowledge of healthcare operations and workflows preferred.
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in data handling, report
generation and analysis, including financial and statistical analysis, trends, variance analysis, and
forecasting; able to communicate the same to user groups.
Strong aptitude and proven experience working with all levels of management
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Primary job duties typically require exercising independent judgment.

Exhibit a mastery of reporting, data mining/manipulation, analysis and reconciliation.*
Analyze trends and variances in detail over time and against benchmarks.*
Accurately collects, analyzes, synthesizes and prepares data and conducts studies/proformas/reviews in
a timely manner for use by senior management and workstreams.*
Analyzes statistical data, guides appropriate review methodology and utilizes appropriate reporting
tools in the evaluation of organization and physician performance.*
Develops and/or revises processes for efficiency, ensuring entire system is considered and impact of
one element/variable/department/etc. on another is considered and included in the process. *
Reconcile, analyze and report utilizing data extracts from multiple data sources in large, multitab Excel
workbooks with tens of thousands of records.*
Create and maintain tools to assist customers in analysis and reconciliation processes.*
Train and assist users in understanding processes, data, reports and analysis.*
