Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a well-researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the MST therapists provide a variety of services to youth and their families, including assessment, treatment, clinical interventions and collaboration with families, youth, community agency staff, and school officials. Under the direction of the MST Program Manager, Therapists work with families in their natural environments, including their homes, schools and communities. Other responsibilities include outcome reviews and maintaining concise documentation to treatment, compatible with MST principles and practices. Master’s degree in a human services or social work field required; bachelor’s degree and significant clinical experience treating serious antisocial behavior in youth may also be considered at the discretion of the agency. Valid driver’s license and ownership of or ready access to an insured vehicle, as well as a clear driving record, is required. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred. Must have the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
