Program Coordinator (Curriculum) - Center for Science Outreach, Abu Dhabi Curricular Framework Job Summary: The Program Coordinator for Curriculum will assist in the development of a curricular framework and associated structure, as well as the curriculum and support resources as a part of the Abu Dhabi Cycle 3 Reform Project. The successful candidate will work with the project manager, a team of content-specific curriculum framework developers, and curriculum writers with the intent to develop a transformative STEM-focused curriculum to be implemented in Abu Dhabi Cycle 3 (Grades 10-12) Schools. Key Functions and Expected Performances: Collaborate with the Project Manager in the development of the following: STEM-focused curricular framework for Abu Dhabi Cycle 3 Reform Project Gap analysis of current ADEC Cycle 3 curricular materials and structure Organizational structure for STEM-focused resource development and accessibility Standard/learning outcome alignment reports to present to key stakeholders International benchmarking reports to inform development of innovative and transformative STEM curriculum and implementation Graduation requirement recommendations to align to post-secondary entrance requirements, both within the UAE and internationally Collaborate with the Project Manager and curriculum developers in the development of the following: STEM-based course organization, including sequencing and structure Course-specific concept mapping (e.g., vertical alignment, thematic organization, integration opportunities) Scope and sequence of learning outcomes across subjects Curricular resources for STEM courses, to include pedagogical approaches, learning outcomes, performance expectations, and assessment criteria
