Bachelor’s degree preferred. Skill in developing business plans and healthcare contracts. Previous management experience at a university, public sector, or healthcare organization. Knowledge of marketing techniques and ability to draft and prepare marketing materials and brochures. Working knowledge of University organization, policies, and procedures.
