Provides case management, administrative assistance, and technology support for the Office of Student Conduct. Work with a wide variety of campus and community partners to processes student conduct cases/ records on a daily basis. Responsible for highly confidential student records, police reports, and criminal histories. Coordinates appropriate notification to parents, faculty, staff, departments and others needing information and direction. Advises and assists students, parents and campus/ community partners with student conduct processes, policies, procedures, and practices. Provides administrative support for the Director and Associate Director of the Office of Student Conduct.
Associate's Degree and/or equivalent training and experience in office administration, business, public administration, or related area. Experience supporting a departmental leader in a complex learning environment; handling sensitive and confidential information, documents, and files; managing and processing a large amount of information with speed and accuracy; working in a customer service environment; and performing administrative duties with precision, detail, and quality. Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment; excellent organizational skills; and demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner; work independently without supervision; and to organize and prioritize a variety of competing demands.
Knowledge of State and University Policies and Procedures. Experience using Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook; Experience using university or similar systems including Banner, Hokiespa, Scholar, Canvas, TimeClock Plus, Sharepoint, OneNote, and Records Management systems. Notary public. Certified Administrative Professional preferred.
