Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for the Center for Career Development, including the annual First Destination Project, monthly and semester dashboards, surveys, and other data projects. In collaboration with the management team, establish reporting metrics and targets as well systems and processes for the efficient and accurate collection of data. Play a key role in learning outcomes assessment efforts, including goal development, measurement, and reporting. Provide operational support and project management to various CCD projects, initiatives, and process improvements. Supervise Staff Coordinator and oversee the front desk operations.
Salary: Grade 73
BA/BS, Masters degree preferred; one to three years of relevant experience preferred. Must have: strong organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of relational databases.
