The ideal candidate possesses an advanced degree and five to seven years of directly-related experience. Higher education experience is highly desirable. Other key qualities include: personal investment in the quality of education and in promoting access; strong communications skills on behalf of the office and the College; ability to engage technology creatively and productively; and belief in the value of diverse perspectives.
