To assist Head - Credit Risk Control / Manager / Senior Manager - Credit Risk Control in achieving the following:-
Provide a high-level quality support and advice to the Relationship Managers in the Business Units on all documentation related matters.
Maintain an independent control over securing documentation and liaise with Legal counsel teams on non-standard documentation if deem necessary.
Ensure all securing documentation & conditions have been perfected and met or waiver held prior to drawdown of facilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
To manage the relationship between CRC and the allotted Business Units as well as other team members within CRC.
To provide on the job training/coaching to subordinates at all levels.
To ensure the smooth running of CRC so as to carry out work to the high standard the division requires.
To co-ordinate the resources of the CRC in order to ensure workload is evenly distributed amongst CRC.
To proactively identify inconsistent and irregular practice amongst CRC and propose recommendation for management's approval and follow through with implementation.
To identify CMS deficiencies in view of update bank policy and market changes and raise the relevant system enhancement requests/follow through with implementation.
To carry out regular review of operations procedures and guidelines and to propose necessary amendments for management's approval for control as well as efficiency reasons.
Qualifications and Skills
Self-initiative and is a good team player
Good communication skill and self confidence on execution
Knowledge of banking products and advance in PC skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
