Master's degree preferred with relevant experience in academic advising, counseling, and tutoring. Review will include those applicants with a bachelor's degree and verifiable recent experience in academic support activities for student-athletes.
- skilled application of the Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Moodle, GradesFirst, and Blackboard experience a plus.
- communication skills, both written and oral, are critical
- must be detail-oriented, organized, and deadline conscious
- must be able to work well with senior and support staff across campus including Departmental Offices, Admissions, Financial Aid, Comptroller (Student Accounts), Registrar and Student Affairs.
