This program starts you off as a contractor working on a 24x7x365 Service Desk Team located within the World Head Quarters. Successfully completing each phase of this program uniquely positions you for employment opportunity based on your performance and job position availabilities. To effectively accomplish these tasks, an individual should possess a B.S. in Information Technology or related area.
Service Desk: Initial Phase – Start off on a fast paced learning course on how to provide support for the technologies being delivered.
Service Desk: Emon Phase – Become certified on these technologies and be included on a 24x7x365 support team. Become a Subject Matter Expert in 1 of 15 different technologies and to begin participating on different project opportunities.
Service Desk: End User Support & PC Builds – Spend 3 months perfecting your skills on how to support our Executive Management Team, Corporate Conferencing Center, PC Builds and Re-Builds along with providing End User Support for the Corporate Campus.
Service Desk: Final Phase – Being a fully trained Analyst will position you as a Senior Analyst that in addition to handling our daily support needs, assist with the training of more junior analysts and evolving the support processes as you position yourself for a potential career opportunity.
