Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to influence cultural change and attract and retain diverse talent and develop a strong external brand
Utilize superior project management skills while working closely with the Chief Professional Development Officer and firm committees on program design, career development coaching, and strategic planning
Apply direct, hands-on experience to a variety of diversity-related areas including, but not limited to, policy implementation, recruiting, training, and program expansion
