Reporting to the Director of Software Development, you'll work closely with project managers, subject matter experts, instructional technologists, UI and graphic designers, as well as quality assurance, network, and systems engineers to develop and enhance our next-generation learning products. You will help to clarify scope and specifications, and provide and evaluate alternative options for implementing the user-facing web experience.
As a hands-on developer, you'll be responsible for analysis, technical design, implementation, and deployment of learning solutions that leverage robust web-based application back-ends to integrate with an innovative client-side experience. You will partner with team members to leverage progressive technologies, create and improve team standards and processes, and existing protocols to arrive at a rich learning environment and a world-class product.
Contributing as a hands-on developer, writing software in support of all platform components
Developing administrative content management tools to scale our growing workflows in course creation
Participating in design and code reviews.
