We are seeking a qualified Camp Clerk to assist our Camp Director in managing the operation of the Camp Store at 4-H Camp Bristol Hills, located in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York.
In this role, the Camp Clerk will work with the Camp Director and/or Camp Manager to oversee the operation of the Camp Store, including daily sales, merchandise restocking, inventory control, and coordinating pre-orders with the Office Manager. Camp Clerk will be responsible for recording all income of the Camp Store and work with the Finance Manager to complete weekly deposits. Camp Clerk will also purchase general program supplies for all camp activities as authorized by Camp Directors or Camp Manager, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Successful candidates will have training and experience in business management, sales, word processing and spreadsheets in Microsoft Windows. Must be at least 21 years of age by July 1, possess a current NYS Driver's License and at least six months of administrative work.
