Under general supervision of the SAIRO Director, provide primary assessment support and consultation, to Student Affairs departments. Develop and implement assessment strategies for programs and services, in conjunction with various department heads, with a high level of autonomy, exercising independent judgment to perform assigned duties, develop new initiatives, and solve problems that arise. Utilize valid and reliable assessment and research methods to gather, analyze, and report data on issues relevant to the work of Student Affairs. Report results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate and coordinate with other assessment, institutional research and professional staff throughout the campus.
