This position assists in the creation of innovative solutions and is a liaison for faculty and staff for the incorporation of simulation into the curriculum and training for students, residents and healthcare professionals. This position will provide operational support of facilities, activities, and resources for simulation, clinical skills and other entities utilizing the center. This includes providing technical and hands-on support for simulation session preparation and delivery and assisting with the reports summarizing activities within the center. Participates and supports faculty and staff research activities focused on educational and clinical outcomes. This position will also support faculty and staff presentation and publications by linking them to data captured from the simulation training sessions.

1. Creates, operationalizes, and coordinates innovative training ideas, exercises, scenarios and identifies opportunities for technology improvement and curriculum integration 2. Assists in the development of outcome assessments 3. Assist in the delivery of interprofessional education 4. Assist the program manager in the initial design and ongoing delivery of capstone courses
1.Assist in the scheduling of simulation center resources and coordination among various users to ensure that all users are able to access the lab when necessary. 2.Works with the Program Manager, faculty and staff to conduct regular evaluations and critiques of programs through soliciting recommendations from both internal and external customers. 3.Maintain records of repairs to equipment as well as perform biannual inventories of high-fidelity trainers, task trainers, and consumables. 4.Ensures organization of the lab by setting out and storing task trainers as needed.
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare related field (i.e. Nursing , EMS)
2. 2 years experience in teaching or supporting teaching exercise delivery to include clinical knowledge
(Will consider six years related education/experience combined of which must include two years post high school education in a healthcare related field)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
