Summary of Position: The Residence Hall Director is responsible for the overall administration of a coeducational residence community of 150 - 250 undergraduates, including staff supervision, student conduct, counseling/referral, programming and general building administration. Compensation and Benefits:Starting salary of $33,076. All RHDs receive a furnished apartment, partial meal plan of $500 for the year and the college benefits package.
Major Responsibilities: Major Responsibilities -Overall administration of a coeducational residence community -Student Staff supervision and evaluation -Provide guidance, support and advocacy and referrals to appropriate offices as necessary -Oversight of programming and general building administration -Coordination of one other area of the residence life program, including the Residence Life Conference, student staff recruitment, student/professional staff development, housing administration, student conduct or multicultural life.
