The "Clinical Trials Management System Support Analyst" described herein will be primarily responsible for support of CTMS software platform(s) and its multi-level users. As a member of Data Warehousing and Data Management, the incumbent will provide technical support to all CTMS systems and manage requests appropriately and in a timely and professional fashion as directed. Additional responsibilities include: Assist in the develop, implementation, and evaluation of quality control methods for data management and reporting
Support custom web service for integrations
Develop new web service integrations
Maintain in-house web pages for CTMS functionality
Maintain CTMS and OHMPI systems including managing user access/privilege levels, manage upgrades, modify and maintain Oracle scripts and views, and create custom scripting
Mange Java programs for OHMPI; Modify programs; Create new Java applications
Program reports in Jaspersoft within Oncore as required to support ongoing needs
Create and maintain Oracle reporting software
Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience or certifications.
- 5 or more years of related experience including SQL programming, documentation, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting highly preferred. Experience in Oracle or MSSQL development is helpful. Appropriate industry certification preferred or received post hire. Prior experience with research/clinical environment preferred. Understanding of or exposure to healthcare research operations preferred.
- A Fire and Safety card must be presented upon hire or must be obtained at our facility within the first 30 days of hire and maintained by renewing before expiration date.
