Under the general supervision of the Director of Employee Services for Benefits and Payroll, the Assistant Director provides direction and leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the day-to-day operations of the Payroll and Benefits departments which includes the responsibility for processing payroll and overseeing the employee leave process, health & dental benefits administration, and pension enrollment activities in accordance with State and Federal guidelines and University policies and procedures.
