The Research Program Coordinator will provide support, under the direction of health policy and management faculty, for various funded research projects on patient and provider perspectives on the quality and safety of health care. These projects involve coordinating qualitative research, including coordinating, recruiting and conducting patient interviews and qualitative coding and analyses; survey development; site visits, involving provider interviews and surveys; and mixed-methods analyses of provider data, in conjunction with doctoral student research assistants.
Manage the daily operations of the projects. Coordinate project related meetings between the principal investigators, research faculty and staff, and study participants and meeting minutes and assist with organization and access to project materials. Coordinate with administrative staff on travel arrangements and reimbursements, patient and provider incentive processing, and arranging other project needs such as audio recording and transcriptions
Help coordinate, recruit and conduct patient interviews, together with research assistants
Conduct qualitative coding and analyses, together with research assistants
Assist with preparation, submission and maintenance of materials for institutional review board reviews, project reports, abstracts, presentations and manuscripts
Administer surveys and coordinate site visits and provider interviews
Assist with survey development and analysis
Occasional travel within the United States is preferred but not required.
Additional duties as assigned.
