Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three to five years of administrative experience in a high-profile, fast-paced office setting required, with experience working in an executive-level office and with governing Boards preferred. The incumbent must be able to take and transcribe minutes accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be a strategic, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with myriad audiences. The incumbent must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite applications; have a facility with learning new technologies; be exceedingly detail-oriented, self-motivated and –directed; be exceptionally organized; be able to maintain composure in all situations; and be adept at time-management, prioritizing, and managing multiple, competing deadlines.
Non Unit Professional, full-time state funded with benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with required attendance at monthly evening Board of Trustees meetings, any other special Board meetings and/or retreats, and events/meeting/functions for which incumbent is responsible.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00
