Assistant Director, Institutional Research & Assessment
Founded by the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1948, Stonehill is a private Catholic college located just 22 miles from downtown Boston on a beautiful 384-acre campus in Easton, Massachusetts. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research & Assessment, the Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the strategic priorities of the Office and the College through a rigorous analysis of relevant data, identification of industry, enrollment, and market trends, and through a thoughtful approach to communicating research results. The Assistant Director will participate in the strategic planning process and assessment of institutional priorities, in managing survey projects, and in conducting market research to better understand new program opportunities for the College. The Assistant Director will evaluate institutional initiatives in support of a data driven and integrated approach to planning, evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
