HUIT is seeking a Principal Architecture Analyst who, as a member of the CTO Architecture Team will work with architects, representatives from other HUIT departments and application teams to consolidate EA requirements and organize the expression of Enterprise Architecture artifacts for Harvard University. The Principal Architecture Analyst will facilitate discussions to analyze and consolidate requirements from the EA team and other sources. These can include solution architects from other projects and programs, business program managers, and technical representatives from organizations across the University including HUIT, Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS), graduate schools, the alumni association, and other organizations. The role will focus on analyzing processes and organizing the requirements into architectural recommendations that are understandable to the intended audiences; orchestrate, facilitate, and organize groups from across the university to contribute to the articulation of EA artifacts; ensure that the expression of those artifacts is simple, complete and coherent; package the concepts and content into formats that are effective for multiple audiences; ensure the creation of appropriate collateral materials that will be used to communicate broadly to organizations and teams, through multiple channels. The Principal Architecture Analyst will be a presence in the higher education community, help integrate best practices and be a driving force behind the creation of reference architectures and associated models, demonstrating patterns for the organization to follow.
