The clinical practice is outstanding and includes inpatient admitting services and a full day of outpatient clinic for each IR attending physician. We have an active IR fellowship program with five adult IR fellows. An IR/DR residency program has just been accredited. The section operates an active animal laboratory at the South Lake Union campus with considerable NIH grant support.
