| Essential Functions: |
|Recruitment Software Management and Customer Support |
Manage, customize, maintain and support online job posting and employer recruitment software. Maintain employer database and run regular reports as needed to track customer usage, employment data, outreach efforts and other areas.
Manage Administration of Recruiting and On-Campus Interviewing Programs
Oversee administration of recruiting/on-campus interviewing programs, including promotion, registration, logistics, and report generation.
Organize and Manage Employer Marketing Campaigns
Utilize public and private databases to identify and research prospective employers. Develop internal tracking systems to manage prospective employer research. Design and coordinate employer marketing materials and campaigns.
Employment Data Collection and Reporting
Administer the process for surveying recent graduates to obtain information re: employment status in compliance with processes set forth by the ABA and NALP. Collect, document, and enter data according to established ABA and NALP protocols. Extract information and generate reports for internal and external audiences. Respond to requests for statistical information.
Internal Data Usage and Analysis
Expand the office's usage of current database system and expand integration of programs into new database modules, including training and supporting staff on using the system to its full capacity. Analyze data and develop reports to assess department's effectiveness, as well as impact of various factors on student employment rates.
Technical Support to Office
Troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems.
Work collaboratively with entire Law Career Services team on other responsibilities as needed.
| Qualifications, Education & Experience: |
|Knowledge: English vocabulary, grammar, syntax and editorial style. Advanced skills in written and oral communication, interpersonal relations and customer service. Conceptual understanding of marketing techniques. Fluency in Windows and experience with MS Office Suite required. Familiarity with HTML, CMS and graphic design software. Experience using Symplicity preferred. Experience using relational databases, CSM systems and desktop publishing applications. Experience analyzing data and generating statistical reports to understand relationship between various factors. Familiarity with legal employment market preferred. |
Ability to: Work independently, collaborate with colleagues, organize simultaneous projects, demonstrate initiative and exercise professional judgment under minimal supervision. Plan and implement long-range projects. Utilize organizational, record-keeping, and data-management skills. Train and serve as technical support representative to employers, staff and students on use of recruiting software.
Education: BA/BS required. Minimum two years increasingly responsible administrative experience.
Physical Requirements: Occasional heavy lifting may be required. Candidate should have the ability to sit behind a desk and utilize a computer for a majority of the day.
