The UCSF Department of Pathology is searching for a Programmer/Bioinformatics associate for the Immunoprofiling project, http://immunoprofiler.org based in Dr. Max Krummel's laboratory, http://pathology.ucsf.edu/krummel/index.html. This position is classified as Research Specialist (Junior, Assistant, or Associate Level). The candidate will participate in a clinical-translational study seeking to identify classes of immune pathologies within human cancer cells. The candidate will be intimately involved with a team comprising approximately 40 members with day-to-day interactions with a team of approximately 8 laboratory-based scientists. Candidate will engage in weekly meetings with laboratory and clinical team members to participate in and ensure consistent sample access and processing.
