As a member of the Registrar's Office team, reporting to the Registrar, the Coordinator will perform a wide range of complex administrative duties to support the Office during the continuing implementation of OASIS and the ongoing maintenance of current system (MADRIS), the next phases of curriculum redesign and the new web management application. Responsibilities include: - Web page management - Budget reconciliation and P'card review - Cross Registration – Incoming students (submit petitions, monitor approvals, create student instances, enroll and reconcile end of term - Termbill -follow-up outstanding student balances 3x per year - Pre-clerkship enrollments, including HST non-degree students - Manage independent studies (IS) and Scholars in Medicine projects (SiM) - Compliance Monitoring (immunizations, annual TB/flu, HIPAA, etc.) - Provide support for SIS implementation in conjunction with team - Contribute to developing office efficiencies, such as automating procedures - Other related duties as may be assigned

Three or more years of professional experience in increasingly responsible administrative positions in an office environment, preferably academic setting.
College degree preferred with relevant experience in an academic office environment, preferably registrar's office. Experience in financial management preferred. High level of confidentiality is required due to access of student personal information. High level of competency using variety of computer software, including demonstrated experience with database management and Microsoft Office. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy. Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Able to prioritize tasks in order to get projects completed. Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills required. Able to work independently while keeping supervisor apprised of workflow, project management and technical issues. Must be team player.
